Appointment Cancellation Policy:
To ensure fairness and efficiency to both clients and therapists, please provide at least 24 hours notice for appointment cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made within 24 hours may incur a 50% cancellation fee, while no-shows will be charged the full session cost. Thank you for your cooperation.
